Change & Problem Coordinator (m/f/n)
Department: IT | Location: Luxembourg | Contract: Permanent | Job Requisition N°20171
Your tasks
- You review, assess, prioritize, and coordinate standard, normal, and emergency changes
- You facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and maintain change calendars
- You develop and maintain change management policies, procedures, workflows, and KPIs
- Lead the Problem Management process to identify and eliminate root causes of incidents.
- You conduct root cause analysis (RCA)
- You coordinate post-incident reviews and major incident problem investigations
- You track corrective and preventive actions through to completion
- You analyze incident trends and recurring issues to reduce operational risk and service degradation
- You collaborate with technical teams to implement permanent solutions and stability improvements
- You communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You provide executive-level reporting on operational risks and service quality trends.
- On top, there will be an admin role to create, follow PR (Purchase requisitions) for the department including reception of invoices
- You follow up on industry innovations and latest trends
Your profile
- You hold a university degree in Information Technology/Computer Sciences, Project Management or equivalent
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- An ITIL foundation certification will be considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and a high willingness to discover and promote new technologies and solutions within the energy domain
- Understanding of Azure and/or M365 environments and on-premises Microsoft & Linux based servers, Network/Security technologies
- You are proactive, curious, flexible and you collaborate with others to solve incidents
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French. The knowledge of German and/or Luxemburgish will be considered as an advantage
