Technical Instructor Ground Operations Training

As our instructor, you will need to fulfill the following tasks and responsibilities in the mentioned fields of training:

• Create instructional training material based on regulations, company procedures and standards (classroom and online training) 
• Deliver on-site and virtual trainings with subject-matter expertise
• Demonstrate the ability to present complex materials in a simplified way to achieve the learning objectives
• Update the training material based on changes in regulations/procedures
• Support the administration of the department
• Ensure keeping practical and theoretical knowledge up-do-date and adapt modern instructional methods

Essential requirements for the position:

• General school leaving certificate of secondary education or equivalent (e.g. A-Level, BAC, Abitur), a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is considered as an advantage;
• Operational experience in air cargo acceptance
• Procedural knowledge of IATA DGR and other related regulations
• Previous experience as instructor is considered as an advantage
• Ability to present and give instructions in front of a multicultural audience
• Proactive, safety- and quality-oriented attitude
• Ability to deal effectively with complexity and good problem-solving skills
• Feeling comfortable to work in a team as well as autonomously
• Good computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Working conditions:

Full-time position based in Luxembourg
A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
Based on status of business related licences, the position holder will start in a CAT6 (Instructor) and after acquistion of these licences be upgraded to a CAT 7 (Technical Instructor)
