As an Market Approach Manager, your main tasks include:

  • Lead the Market Approach team to implement strategic initiatives, including top-down Area Reviews and bottom-up market and product analysis.
  • Present results and actionable insights to sales management and executive teams.
  • Develop reporting and analytics for core sales operations, enhancing business insights.
  • Manage and administer territory balances, requests, planning, and market potential.
  • Establish and track sales operating metrics.
  • Ensure sales dashboard relevance and coordinate with the Business Intelligence team.
  • Streamline communication to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Collect and leverage feedback to collaborate with sales leadership on KPIs.
  • Organize project update calls, define action plans, and follow up accordingly.

Working Conditions:

  • Temporary full-time position based in Luxembourg (11-15 months)
  • A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
  • The category of the position depends on the experience of the selected candidate
