What you will do :
- Support our customers in the analysis, design and implementation of innovative solutions using the Salesforce platform in the areas of Sales, Service, Marketing and Pricing
- Drive discovery workshops to analyze as-is processes and to define client’s requirements aligned with their strategy as well as market and technology trends
- Identify the functional requirements of the platform and design process flows and data models
- Create backlog for development including writing user stories, conducting refinement session and backlog grooming
- Configure and customize the platform to align with the identified business requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify integration points with other systems and design seamless data exchange between Salesforce and external applications.
- Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce functionalities and processes to identify and rectify any issues, ensuring the system is stable and functioning as intended
- Provide user training to ensure smooth adoption of the Salesforce platform
- Support the coordination of digital transformation projects, the development of new offerings, sales activities and the preparation of offers.
Who you are :
- Master's degree in business, management, engineering, computer science, or other technology-related field
- Knowledge of functional experience on full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations, with strong expertise in one of the following areas/modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc
- Experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations using Apex, LWC, Automated processes, Triggers, Scheduled, Batch classes, Workflows, Validation rules etc
- Experience with Agile delivery
- Fluency in English and French. German or Luxembourgish will be considered an asset
