Senior/Assistant Manager – Local Market Advisory

BDO Luxembourg is looking for a Senior/Assistant Manager to join our Local Market Advisory team!

What will you do?

Being part of the Local Market Advisory team, you will:

• Support advisory assignments for local companies and subsidiaries of international groups, including cash flow, reporting, forecast and business planning projects

• Prepare, review and enhance cash flow models, budgets, forecasts and management reporting packs

• Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards and KPIs that translate financial and operational data into clear performance insights

• Leverage financial modelling and technology tools to improve data reliability, automation and decision-making

• Interact directly with clients to understand their needs, challenge assumptions and present pragmatic recommendations

• Work autonomously in a small and entrepreneurial team, while coordinating with internal specialists when needed

This position is for you if:

• You hold a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field

• You possess several years of experience in finance, audit, accounting, controlling, advisory or a similar environment

• You have a solid financial and accounting background, strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in business performance

• You are comfortable with financial modelling and digital tools such as advanced Excel, Power Query/Power BI, reporting tools and ERP/accounting platforms

• You are able to build, review and explain cash flow forecasts, reporting packs, dashboards and KPIs

• You are professional, client-oriented and confident in discussions with management and finance teams

• You are autonomous, proactive, well-organized and comfortable working in a small team

• You are fluent in French and English; German or Luxembourgish are considered as asset.
