What will you do?

• We are seeking an Azure & Microsoft 365 IT Engineer to support daily cloud, workplace, and hybrid infrastructure operations in an enterprise environment. The role focuses on administration and operational support under established procedures, with guidance from senior engineers.

• Administer Azure resources (VMs, networking, identity, monitoring).

• Manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).

• User, license, and access management (Entra ID / Azure AD).

• Support Intune device management and security features (MFA, Conditional Access).

• Assist with on-premises infrastructure:

o Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, GPO.

o Hybrid identity (Entra Connect).

• Handle incidents, requests, and changes via ITSM tools.

• Document configurations and procedures.

This offer is for you if:

Required Skills

• 1–3+ years hands-on experience with Azure and/or Microsoft 365.

• Basic knowledge of on-premises infrastructure (AD, Windows Server, networking).

• PowerShell (basic).

• Strong troubleshooting and good communication skills.

Profile (What We Are Looking For)

• Early-career professional in infrastructure support, ideally with 1–3 years' experience in an enterprise environment, or relevant internships/apprenticeships.

• Comfortable working in a ticket-driven environment.

• Active team player, with good communication skills, able to coordinate issues resolution with other team members and escalate clearly and promptly.

• Proactive and reliable: takes ownership of assigned tasks, follows through, and contributes to continuous improvement.

• Friendly attitude for an end user facing role.

• Professional fluency in French and English.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, MS-900, …).

• Experience in regulated environments and familiarity with security standards (e.g., ISO 27001).

• VMware vSphere experience.
