AI Trainee

BDO Luxembourg is looking for an AI trainee, starting from November 2026.

As an AI Trainee, you will:

• Manage and continuously improve the GPTs and AI solutions used within BDO in Luxembourg, ensuring they remain relevant, reliable and aligned with business needs.

• Translate business needs into practical AI use cases, workflows and GPT configurations.

• Design, test and optimise prompts, instructions and knowledge sources to improve the quality and consistency of AI-generated outputs.

• Coordinate the development and implementation of new GPTs and AI use cases, from initial business requirements to testing and deployment.

• Monitor the performance and usage of existing GPTs, collect user feedback and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.

• Support the users in adopting AI tools by providing guidance, documentation, training and practical best practices.

• Stay up to date with developments in generative AI and ChatGPT capabilities and assess how new functionalities could be applied to our activities.

• You will work with the AI & Transformation team on different topics and subjects.

• Promote a pragmatic and user-oriented approach to AI, focused on solving concrete business challenges, improving efficiency and supporting employees in their daily work.

This position is for you if:

• You have at least 1 year of professional experience in artificial intelligence, generative AI, digital transformation, business analysis, process improvement or a similar field.

• You have hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and a good understanding of how they can be applied in a professional environment.

• You have experience creating, configuring or managing GPTs, AI assistants, prompts or similar AI-powered solutions.

• You are comfortable working with business users and can explain AI concepts and limitations in a clear and accessible way.

• You have an analytical mindset and are able to evaluate the quality, reliability and business value of AI-generated outputs.

• You are structured, autonomous, curious and pragmatic, with a strong problem-solving mindset.

• You are fluent in English and French. Luxembourgish and German are an asset.
