What will you do?

This position is available immediately for an initial period of minimum 2 months and up to 12 months.

Being part of the team, you will:

·         Support the development and implementation of GPT-based solutions for various departments (Payroll, Operations, etc.)

·         Assist teams in identifying repetitive tasks and processes that can be improved using AI

·         Create, test, and optimize prompts for ChatGPT and other generative AI tools

·         Help design internal AI assistants, workflows, and knowledge solutions

·         Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and innovation trends

·         Collaborate with department stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into AI use cases

·         Monitor AI tool performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement

·         Support responsible and secure use of AI technologies within the organization

This position is for you if:

·         Bachelor’s or Master’s student/recent graduate in: Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Business & Technology, Digital Innovation or related fields

·         Strong interest in Generative AI and emerging technologies

·         Familiarity with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI tools

·         Basic understanding of AI concepts, prompt engineering, and automation workflows

·         Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

·         Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

·         Curious, proactive, and eager to learn

·         Fluency in English; French or German is considered an asset
