Your next challenge:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Mentor and inspire a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and career development opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of the domain's strategic objectives and goals, aligning them with the company's mission and vision.
• Act as a liaison between your chapter and senior management, conveying updates, challenges, and opportunities.
• Maintain a deep understanding of your domain and stay up-to-date with industry trends, sharing knowledge and insights with your team.
• Recruit new engineers and develop means and technologies to keep high quality standards during the recruitment journey.
• Continuously improve the onboarding experience so that it becomes memorable
• Collaborate closely with other Chapter Leads, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Set clear performance expectations, track progress, and provide constructive feedback to help team members reach their full potential.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within your domain, identify areas for enhancement, and implement best practices.
• Organize internal and public events to promote engineering expertise, forster alignment, inspire, and contribute positively to the communities of practice.

Your skills:

• Perceived as a thought tech leader with sharp understanding of DevOps and hands-on experience
• You have 10+ years of relevant experience preferably within the banking sector
• Mandatory languages : French and English. Any other language is an asset
• Master's degree in computer science. A bachelor's degree with the expected experience is also accepted
• Practical experience of Agile Delivery
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Exceptional communication (including public speaking), collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong individual coaching and technical coaching skills
• Low Code Engineering Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
