Join a Bank That Invests in Your Future

For many professionals working in regulatory reporting, the challenge is not the technical aspect of the role. It is the lack of perspective.

In large banking institutions, career paths are often highly structured, responsibilities are clearly segmented, and progression can take years. It is not uncommon for talented professionals to remain in the same position for long periods despite consistently delivering strong results.

This opportunity offers a different reality.

Our client is a well-established international private bank that has been present in Luxembourg for more than 40 years. With approximately 50 employees, the institution has deliberately maintained a human-sized and agile structure where every individual contribution matters.

Unlike traditional banking environments, employees benefit from direct access to management, greater visibility on strategic decisions, and the possibility to continuously expand their responsibilities over time. The bank strongly believes in retaining its employees through professional development rather than replacing them, which has resulted in an exceptionally low turnover rate and a highly stable workforce.

Joining this institution means becoming part of an environment where expertise is recognised, initiative is encouraged, and long-term career growth is a genuine objective rather than a promise.

For ambitious professionals seeking both stability and evolution, this represents a rare opportunity within the Luxembourg banking market.

Your Role

As a Senior Reporting Officer, you will play a key role within the Finance Department and become one of the institution's reference points for regulatory and financial reporting matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordination of internal and external audit processes
  • Supervision of accounting entries, banking charges and financial controls
  • Contribution to strategic finance projects, including an ongoing ERP implementation
  • Close collaboration with senior management on reporting and financial matters

Beyond the technical responsibilities, this position will provide exposure to reporting, accounting, controlling, taxation and finance transformation projects, allowing you to significantly broaden your expertise over time.

Your Profile

  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience within the banking sector in Luxembourg
  • Strong knowledge of FINREP, COREP and regulatory reporting requirements
