The Role :

As a Senior Associate within the Investment Funds practice, you will advise a sophisticated international client base on a broad range of investment fund matters.

Your responsibilities will include advising on the structuring, establishment and ongoing operation of alternative investment funds, assisting clients with regulatory matters, drafting and reviewing legal documentation, and coordinating with international teams on complex cross-border transactions.

You will play an active role in managing files, maintaining direct client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice while working closely with the Partners.

The Candidate :

We are looking for a qualified lawyer with approximately 6 to 8 years of experience gained within the Investment Funds practice of a recognised law firm.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Strong experience advising on alternative investment funds and Luxembourg regulatory matters.
• Excellent analytical abilities combined with a pragmatic and commercial mindset.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• The ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative international environment.
• Admission to the Luxembourg Bar (List I, II or IV).
• Fluency in English and French is essential. German and/or Luxembourgish would be viewed positively.
