Your Responsibilities
- Lead the structuring and establishment of Luxembourg investment funds.
- Advise international asset managers, institutional investors and fund promoters.
- Draft, review and negotiate complex fund documentation.
- Advise on AIFMD and Luxembourg investment fund regulations.
- Handle fund launches, restructurings, amendments and other lifecycle matters.
- Manage client relationships and coordinate with external advisers and service providers.
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
- Contribute to the development of the Funds practice and client relationships.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Law.
- Luxembourg-qualified lawyer or equivalent qualification.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Luxembourg investment funds.
- Strong technical knowledge of Luxembourg fund structures and regulations.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; French and/or German is an advantage.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Commercial mindset and ability to manage client relationships independently.
