Our client, a consultancy firm established in Luxembourg for over a decade, is seeking a Senior Corporate Officer to join their team at La Cloche d'Or. Senior Corporate Officer - Your Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main advisor to clients, offering in-depth expertise in accounting and taxation while ensuring effective communication.
• Draft minutes of meetings, and oversee the organization of general assemblies and board meetings.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and financial companies with accuracy and diligence.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements for managed entities.
• Prepare regular financial and tax reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

Senior Corporate Officer - Requirements :

• 3 to 5 years of substantial experience as a Corporate Officer with a strong focus on accounting and taxation, preferably obtained in a fiduciary or service provider environment in Luxembourg.
• Strong academic background in accounting, finance, or taxation with proficiency in reading and interpreting financial statements.
• Extensive knowledge of Luxembourg tax laws and the ability to provide strategic tax advice.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles and the ability to generate accurate financial reports.
• Proven ability to provide relevant advice and work collaboratively in a multicultural team.
• Mastery of French and English is required; additional languages are an added advantage.
