Your Role :

As part of a highly regarded Corporate team, you will advise a diverse range of international clients on complex corporate matters, including:

• Mergers & Acquisitions transactions;
• Corporate reorganisations and restructurings;
• Joint ventures and strategic investments;
• Private equity-related transactions;
• General corporate advisory work;
• Cross-border projects involving multiple jurisdictions.

You will work closely with experienced Partners and Senior Lawyers while progressively taking ownership of files and client relationships

Your Profile :

• Qualified lawyer admitted to a European Bar;
• At least 5 years of experience in Corporate / M&A within a law firm;
• Strong technical background and ability to work autonomously;
• Fluent in both English and French;
• Excellent drafting and communication skills;
• Commercial mindset and client-oriented approach;
• Ability to thrive in a demanding and collaborative environment.
