Your Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of investment and holding entities (SOPARFI and holding structures).
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Prepare VAT returns and assist with tax compliance matters.
• Monitor treasury activities, banking transactions, and cash positions.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and management reporting.
• Work closely with senior management and external stakeholders, including auditors, advisors, and banks.
• Support the continuous improvement of internal processes and reporting tools.
• Gain exposure to Private Equity and Real Estate investment projects as the structure continues to expand.

Your Profile

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of accounting experience in Luxembourg, ideally gained within a Fiduciary, Big Four, Family Office, Investment Structure, or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg accounting principles.
• Fluent in English.
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
• Interest in investment structures, Real Estate, Private Equity, and wealth management environments.
• Ambition to grow within a structure where performance and commitment are genuinely recognized.
