Our client is a highly specialized advisory firm operating within Luxembourg's Private Equity ecosystem. Rather than focusing on routine administration, the firm supports international investors and investment groups in the structuring of funds, SPVs, acquisitions, and complex corporate transactions.

This opportunity offers a unique chance to step away from pure production work and become involved in high-value projects that combine finance, tax, corporate structuring, and investment strategy.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the structuring and implementation of Luxembourg investment vehicles, alternative investment funds, SOPARFI structures, and SPVs.
• Participate in Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, refinancings, restructurings, and reorganizations.
• Analyze investment structures from financial, accounting, and tax perspectives.
• Review financial statements of funds, holding companies, and acquisition vehicles to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with law firms, tax advisors, auditors, banks, fund administrators, and other stakeholders involved in transactions.
• Assist in preparing board documentation, investor reporting packages, and transaction-related materials.
• Contribute to corporate finance, financial engineering, and investment structuring projects.
• Work closely with senior professionals and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of investment transactions.

Your Profile

• You have between 3 and 5 years of professional experience in Luxembourg.
• You possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
• You have gained experience within Audit, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Tax Advisory, Fund Administration, Private Equity, Financial Consulting, or a similar environment.
• You are familiar with investment fund structures, SOPARFI entities, SPVs, or alternative investment vehicles.
• You have a genuine interest in Private Equity, Venture Capital, corporate transactions, and fund structuring.
• Exposure to acquisition structuring, tax analysis, corporate reorganizations, or securitization would be considered a strong advantage.
• You are fluent in English. French would be considered a valuable asset.
