Your Responsibilities & Impact
- You orchestratethe preparation and follow-up of board meetings and general assemblies, ensuring seamless communication across all levels, which positions you as a reliable pillar of the team and enhances your professional reputation.
- You coordinate the collection of signatures, legalizations, and apostilles alongside external notaries and lawyers, broadening your professional network and enriching your practical knowledge of corporate procedures.
- You meticulously maintain and archive corporate records with the Luxembourg registers, guaranteeing perfect compliance, which gives you immense peace of mind and pride in the high quality of your deliverables.
- You assist in drafting foundational legal documents and tracking KYC requirements under manager supervision, offering you a secure space to develop new technical skills and confidently progress toward more complex responsibilities.
Your Profile
- A solid professional background with around 5 years of successful experience in a legal, administrative, or corporate environment in Luxembourg, allowing you to hit the ground running.
- A good understanding of corporate procedures and legal documentation, providing a strong basis to further expand your technical knowledge over time.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and French, enabling you to communicate effortlessly with our diverse international partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office and a strong interest in emerging legal tech, ensuring you are well-equipped to optimize your daily workflows efficiently.
