Your Responsibilities & Missions

  • Client Exposure and Liaison: You act as the key point of contact for internal or external clients for corporate, paralegal, and administrative matters regarding Luxembourg companies , while extensively liaising with clients, local notaries, public authorities, and banks. This constant high-level interaction allows you to build a robust professional network and deep market understanding, positioning you as a highly sought-after expert in the corporate landscape.
  • Corporate Governance Mastery: You actively participate in the day-to-day management of these companies, preparing board meetings, shareholder meetings, and a variety of other corporate documents. This hands-on involvement ensures you master the full lifecycle of corporate administration, empowering you to confidently manage complex structuring and advisory tasks as your career progresses.
  • Compliance and Legal Oversight: You ensure that all corporate records-including the UBO register, organizational chart, and shareholders' register-are accurate and regularly updated , while following up on legal proceedings relating to the investments, holding structures, and assets of client portfolios. Maintaining this high standard gives you deep insight into regulatory frameworks, significantly increasing your value as a strategic advisor who can mitigate risks effectively.
  • Structuring and Transaction Management: You are entrusted to organize incorporations, mergers, and liquidations , alongside ensuring the timely convening of annual general meetings for the approval of annual accounts, in accordance with legal requirements and statutory filing deadlines. Overseeing these critical cross border transactions sharpens your project management skills, ultimately accelerating your path toward senior leadership roles with heightened autonomy.
  • Operational Optimization: You oversee the improvement of corporate missions , efficiently manage high-priority and time-sensitive issues , and ensure invoice reminders are sent by the teams, following up directly with clients by phone when necessary. This blend of operational oversight and commercial mindset develops your entrepreneurial acumen, giving you the comprehensive business perspective needed to thrive as a future leader.

Your Profile

  • A solid background with around 5 years of working experience in a similar position, ideally within a Luxembourg fiduciary or trust environment, sets a fantastic foundation for your success.
  • Your good understanding of Luxembourg corporate and fiduciary regulations enables you to navigate complex legal frameworks with confidence and precision.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken German and English is highly valued to support our international clientele, while French or any other language is considered a wonderful plus.
  • Demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization abilities helps you gracefully and efficiently manage your diverse portfolio of clients.
  • An active interest in process management and continuous improvement will be greatly appreciated and encouraged as you evolve within the firm.
