Your Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the structuring and establishment of Luxembourg investment funds.
- Draft and negotiate fund documentation, including LPAs, PPMs, subscription agreements and side letters.
- Advise on AIFMD, RAIF, SIF and SICAR-related matters.
- Assist clients throughout the lifecycle of their investment funds.
- Prepare and review corporate documentation for Luxembourg fund vehicles.
- Coordinate with notaries, administrators, depositaries and other service providers.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to business development.
- Support and supervise more junior members of the team.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Law.
- Qualified Luxembourg lawyer or currently pursuing qualification.
- Approximately 3-6 years of relevant experience in Luxembourg investment funds.
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg fund structures and regulations.
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
- Client-oriented, autonomous and commercially minded.
