Responsibilities:
- Support the structuring, setup, and maintenance of investment funds, including UCITS, AIFs, PE, and RE vehicles. This hands-on exposure builds technical expertise and strategic insight.
- Draft offering documents, partnership agreements, and regulatory filings, gaining involvement in all stages of fund lifecycle.
- Advise asset managers and institutional clients on regulatory, operational, and strategic questions, strengthening client interaction and commercial awareness.
- Collaborate with international offices on cross-border projects, benefiting from high-level transactions and global perspectives.
Candidate Profile:
- 2-4 years' experience in investment funds, ideally in Luxembourg or a reputable international firm.
- Strong analytical and drafting skills in English; French or German is a plus.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to deepen expertise in a challenging but supportive environment.
