Corporate Officer | Interest for AML/KYC | Strassen

Our client is an alternative investment fund management company (AIFM) specialising in Private Equity & Real Estate, based in Strassen. Their team is small, dynamic and works in a pleasant, stress-free atmosphere. We are currently looking for a new Corporate Officer to join them as they are expanding rapidly and need to strengthen the team.

Corporate Officer - Your Role :

We are looking for an autonomous and perceptive Corporate Officer with an inquisitive mind and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of the entire fund management process and be solution-oriented. Expertise in Luxembourg law and a legal background are essential.

Main responsibilities :

• Administrative and legal management of private equity funds
• Launch of corporate and SPV funds
• Supervision of the entire life cycle of a fund from a legal point of view
• AML/KYC compliance tasks, including screening and checking consistency of information
• Preparation and follow-up of legal and administrative files
• Occasional support to the team on various administrative and operational tasks
• Possibility of taking on increased responsibilities as Fund Administrator over time

Corporate Officer - Your Profile:

• Autonomy, insight and ability to solve complex problems
• Good knowledge of Luxembourg legislation applicable to investment funds
• Legal background essential of minimum 2 years in service provider or law firm
• Bachelor in Law
• Experience in launching and managing funds (corporate and SPV)
• Versatility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and rigour in administrative tasks
• Good understanding of AML/KYC procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a small team
• Fluency in French and English required, Italian an asset

Corporate Officer - What We Offer :
