Technical Team Lead – Data & BI (m/f)

ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Technical Team Lead – Data & BI to join one of our client teams onsite in Luxembourg within a European institutional environment.

In this role, you will combine hands-on technical expertise with people leadership, overseeing a multidisciplinary team delivering Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical experts, and project teams to ensure successful delivery while contributing to the continuous evolution of the client's data platforms.

Please note that fluency in French is mandatory for this position.

THE WORK:

• Lead, coach, and support a multidisciplinary team of approximately 30 technical consultants.
• Provide technical leadership on Data Warehouse, ETL, and Business Intelligence initiatives while remaining involved in technical discussions and solution design.
• Coordinate project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and business objectives are met.
• Act as the main point of contact for business and technical stakeholders.
• Oversee administrative, operational, and contractual aspects related to the team's activities.
• Support planning, workload allocation, and resource coordination across the team.
• Promote technical best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the evolution, optimization, and maintenance of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence platforms.
• Support issue resolution and facilitate collaboration across technical and business teams.

Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships. Our roles require in-person time to encourage collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, colleagues, and communities.

HERE IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 10+ years of experience in Data Integration, Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, or related technical environments.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams in complex IT environments.
• Strong technical background in IBM DataStage, ETL processes, and Data Warehouse architectures.
• Ability to combine technical leadership with business-oriented decision-making and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating delivery activities, priorities, and team workloads.
• Experience managing administrative and operational aspects within a delivery team.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in French is mandatory, with a good command of English.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects, Sybase ASE/IQ, or similar Business Intelligence technologies.
• Experience working within European institutions or other large international organizations.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing large-scale Data & BI or digital transformation initiatives.
