Senior Power BI / Business Analyst (m/f)

ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Senior Power BI / Business Analyst (m/f) to join one of our client teams onsite in Luxembourg within a European institutional environment.

In this role, you will combine business analysis and reporting expertise, working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective reporting and data visualization solutions using Power BI.

THE WORK:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and reporting solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Define and document KPIs, reporting logic, and data requirements together with business stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and support data quality activities.
• Support testing and user acceptance of reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with business, data, and IT teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen collaboration.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Strong experience in Business Analysis, particularly within data and reporting projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard and report development.
• Good knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and data modelling.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into functional and reporting solutions.
• Experience working with KPIs and data visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
