SAP BusinessObjects Administrator (m/f)

ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for an experienced SAP BusinessObjects Administrator to join one of our client’s teams. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the SAP BusinessObjects platform to ensure its smooth operation and performance. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working to troubleshoot issues, manage security, and support users while driving performance improvements.

THE WORK:

• Administer and maintain the SAP BO platform (4.2 & 4.3), ensuring smooth operation, including regular patching and installation.
• Perform Level 1 & 2 user support, resolving incidents and issues within SLA timeframes.
• Manage security through CMC (Central Management Console) for user access and permissions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by checking logs and identifying the root cause.
• Enhance performance and optimize SAP BO environment.
• Support the integration and configuration of SAP Lumira, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Live Office.
• Manage and maintain Tomcat server administration.
• Collaborate with team members to suggest improvements, share knowledge, and document modifications and solutions.
• Ensure proper configuration, backups, and recovery processes for the SAP BO environment.

Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships. Our roles require in-person time to encourage collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, colleagues, and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• At least 3 years of experience using and administering SAP BI platform, particularly in SAP BusinessObjects (version 4.2 and 4.3).
• Experience with IBM DataStage administration (Unix).
• Hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects patching and installation.
• Knowledge of SAP Lumira, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Live Office configuration.
• Experience in Tomcat server administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues through logs and system analysis.
• Ability to improve system performance and provide Level 1 & 2 support to users.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills to share knowledge and solutions.
• Organized, proactive, and flexible approach to work.
