ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for an L2 IT Support Engineer (m/f) to join our internal Infrastructure team in Luxembourg.Â
THE WORK:
- Provide Level 2 technical support for incidents related to workstations, software, and infrastructure.
- Diagnose, resolve, and track incidents and service requests.
- Manage and maintain end-user devices (PCs, printers, mobile devices), including setup, replacement, and troubleshooting.
- Perform onsite support tasks for infrastructure (servers, storage, network equipment) including installation, basic configuration, and maintenance.
- Support network, telephony, and videoconferencing systems, including basic troubleshooting and hardware handling.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware maintenance and support activities.
- Maintain and update asset management records and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in deployment projects (hardware/software rollouts, onboarding/offboarding).
- Contribute to documentation and share knowledge within the team.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Experience in IT support (L1/L2) or a similar technical role.
- Good understanding of Windows environments, hardware, and office IT infrastructure.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, VLAN, connectivity).
- Experience with incident management tools and ITSM processes.
- Hands-on mindset with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Fluency in English (French is a plus).
BONUS POINT IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience with asset management tools.
- Knowledge of telephony or videoconferencing systems.
- Exposure to data center or infrastructure support tasks.
- IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA).
