Arηs is looking for an IT Delivery Manager (m/f) to lead project execution, manage resources, and ensure timely and successful delivery of the projects.
What is expected from you to do?
- Managing all project- or service-deliveries activities in collaboration with the technical leader, project team and stakeholders.
- Be the main point of contact for the customer for the project execution.
- Keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project.
- Utilize agile project management and collaboration tools to plan, organize and report on project activities.
- Conduct planning efforts, challenge estimates from technical leaders and develop roadmaps in collaboration with the project team.
- Work on technical offer under fixed price project.
- Overseeing project and budget progress.
- Lead incident response under SLA.
- Critically analyze operations for process improvements.
- Create, review and control documentation tasks.
- Piloting R&D activities to produce workable Proof-of-Concepts.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Min 5-7 years of experience in software development project management.
- Previous experience as Software Engineer in the past.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience managing project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Commitment to ensuring project deliverables meet high-quality standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
