Job description
ARHIS is recruiting for one of its clients, a major player in the industrial sector in Luxembourg.
As part of a team reinforcement, we are looking for a professional able to manage customer complaints and handle billing-related topics in an international environment.
You will join a Customer Service team and act as the main point of contact for customer requests, working closely with various internal departments.
Your responsibilities
- Manage customer complaints related to invoices, prices, quantities, deliveries, or contractual terms.
- Analyze customer requests and follow up until full resolution.
- Identify the root causes of discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with the relevant departments (finance, logistics, sales, production…).
- Monitor payment blocks linked to customer disputes.
- Communicate with customers regarding potential penalties related to delivery delays or issues.
- Prepare and check the documents required for deliveries and billing.
- Ensure smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to monitoring customer satisfaction and to the continuous improvement of processes.
Requirements
Required:
- Prior experience in Customer Service, Order Management (Sales Administration), Customer Account Management, Billing, or Dispute Management.
- Fluent German (written and spoken).
- Professional-level English.
- Good command of standard office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Nice to have (not a dealbreaker):
- Knowledge of French.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, logistics, or billing processes.
