Data Governance and Master Data Lead
The role supports and drives AIS data governance initiatives, contributing as a key team member for data and process improvements. The role holder helps ensure data is AI-ready and audit-compliant by supporting the identification of golden sources, reducing duplication, and enhancing data quality and lifecycle management.
Your role:
Organize and run the governance cadence (RACI, policies, change control).
Maintain updated domain charters and support the target data architecture for AI/analytics.
Support golden record and survivorship rules and help define system source‑of‑truth standards.
Build, monitor, and automate data quality controls (completeness, validity, consistency, timeliness, uniqueness).
Standardize data input quality across Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Demasy, Fenergo, FIS, Client Portal, Power BI and other key systems.
Act as the primary contact for governance/MDM topics with Risk, Legal/DPO, Service Lines, IT and PMO.
Ensure metadata, catalog and lineage are captured, maintained, and supported with IT tooling.
Contribute to standardizing reference data and onboarding playbooks to reduce duplication and manual re‑entry.
Clarify data ownership and standards to reduce rework and improve master data reliability for the One‑Stop‑Shop client experience.
Your profile:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Data/Analytics, Computer Science, or related field; English required, French/German a plus.
3–5 years of experience in similar or related data governance / MDM roles.
Experience with Dynamics 365 CE, SharePoint, Demasy, Power BI, and tools like Fenergo, Investran, Depowise.
Familiarity with metadata, cataloging, and lineage tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview).
Exposure to data quality frameworks (rules, monitoring, scorecards, remediation).
Experience supporting cross‑functional projects with PMO and IT.
Solution oriented, Â pragmatic and empathetic communicator with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and effectively;
