AManco S.A. is the alternative investment fund manager with Arendt. It is wholly owned by Arendt Services and is regulated and supervised by the Luxembourg supervisory authority (CSSF – Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier).

AManco S.A. has the capacity to manage a wide range of investment strategies and asset classes (private equity, venture capital, real estate, debts and fund of funds).

Given the ongoing development of AMANCO, we are currently recruiting:

Conducting Officer - Valuation

Your role:

  • Lead the valuation team and the valuation governance framework.

  • Oversee and challenge valuation processes for all asset classes, including private markets and liquid assets.

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards, including periodic reviews and updates of valuation policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate with our delegated portfolio managers, investment advisors and external service providers (administrators, valuation agents/appraisers) and ensure proper oversight.

  • Chair the Valuation Committee and actively contribute as a member of the AIFM Management Committee, influencing strategic decisions.

Your profile:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in audit and/or valuation.

  • Strong knowledge of the AIFM regulatory framework and market valuation standards.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Fluent in English and French. Any other language is an asset.
