Project Engineer (m/f)Â
ACCUMALUX Group is a leading manufacturer of high-quality plastic components, specializing in injection-molded parts for batteries and high-tech products. With production sites in Luxembourg and Europe, the group employs more than 400 employees.
As part of our growth strategy and diversification efforts, we are seeking a Project Engineer to manage technical projects, drive process improvements, and support production entities. This full-time position is based in Luxembourg, with travel within Europe required.Â
Responsibilities
- Manage projects within the ACCUMALUX GROUP, ensuring on-time and budget-compliant delivery.
- Drive product and process innovation while improving efficiency and quality.
- Provide technical support for production entities and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (IATF 16949:2016) and enforce company quality and operational policies.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in project management (minimum 2 years), preferably in plastic processing and industrial environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with tools and methodologies for design and project management.
- Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electricity, and production automation is an advantage. A hands-on approach and willingness to engage in practical tasks are needed.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.
- Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. French or German is advantageous.
