Your Responsibilities | Law – Finance – Regulation – Attorney – Investment funds

• You will be responsible for the establishment of alternative investment funds.
• You will conduct legal monitoring to stay up to date with the latest regulations and provide clients with the most suitable solutions.
• You will liaise with third parties, including fiduciaries, notaries, and counterpart lawyers.
• You will negotiate, draft and review legal documentation, such as loan agreements, contracts, legal opinions, and structuring documents.
• You will be in direct contact with clients, providing them with expert advice to optimize their transactions.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Law – Finance – Regulation – Attorney – Investment funds

• You have at least 7 years of experience as a funds lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg, ensuring a smooth integration into the firm.
• You are well-versed in alternative investment funds, allowing you to handle your responsibilities with confidence.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships are essential for this role.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory for effective communication with internal and external parties. Any additional language is a valuable asset.

• You will earn a salary of up to €130,000 gross per year, reflecting your valuable contribution to the firm’s success.
