We are currently assisting a prestigious law firm in its search for a Paralegal Officer. The firm, established 10 years ago, is stable in the market with an international, prestigious, and loyal clientele. Your Responsibilities | Support – Finance – Law firm – Administration – Corporate Assistant
- You will oversee compliance requirements for clients, including AML/KYC tasks such as verifying client ID validations.
- You will be responsible for filing necessary information or updates on company registries.
- You will liaise directly with clients as well as administrative bodies.
- You may also organize board meetings and coordinate with all relevant parties.
Profile and Career Path | Support – Finance – Law firm – Administration – Corporate Assistant
- You have at least 2 years of experience within a financial institution (fiduciary, PFS, or AIFM) or a law firm in Luxembourg, which will help you transition smoothly into your new role.
- Fluency in French, English, and Spanish is essential to communicate effectively with your contacts.
- You consider yourself proactive and organized, which helps you meet deadlines and work efficiently.
- Strong communication skills are essential for providing excellent client service.

- You will earn a salary of up to €60,000 gross per year, reflecting the value of your work within the firm.
