Intern Investment Funds - 6 months Interns

Our team consists of tax lawyers, corporate lawyers, civil law notaries, regulatory lawyers and funds lawyers to ensure complete support in all aspects of corporate, regulatory and transactional work. The founders have already worked together for many years at one of the largest and reputable firms in the world and have attracted a number of reputable partners and senior lawyers from various other international firms.

The Role Purpose:

For 6 months internship as from September 2024, we are looking for a passionate, skilled and detail-oriented Intern to join our Investment Funds team in our office in Luxembourg.

Key areas of responsibility: 

• Assisting in the drafting of the legal documentation for the establishment of investment fund vehicles;
• Assisting on the advice of the fund counterparties and service providers on their agreements with Luxembourg funds;
• Assisting in the drafting of the due diligence reports for investors’ fund reviews;
• Conducting research on general investment funds/investment management and regulatory advises.

Skills, experience and characteristics:

•  You have obtained or are currently registered for a master in Law, Corporate or Finance or registered in a Bar school;
• You are well organized, rigorous, have very good communication skills, and you are a good team worker;
• You are dynamic and proactive;
• You are having a hands-on-mentality and being a self-starter;
• Service-oriented and results-focused;
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Any other language is an advantage.
