You will learn to coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders, structure and refine proposal content, and uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Throughout your traineeship, you will be involved in orchestrating the proposal process, proactively tracking milestones and deadlines, and helping to ensure that each submission not only meets client expectations but also showcases the firm’s unique strengths and values—always within strict timelines. Your contribution will help drive the success of the team and reinforce the company’s reputation for excellence.

Be a part of our team where you will:

  • Help set up the initial proposal structure according to RFP guidelines, together with the Proposal Manager;
  • Collect and process information needed to answer RFPs, such as boilerplates, CVs, capabilities, client references, and signatures, including liaising with other territories as needed;
  • Collect and create standard paragraphs for future proposals, contributing to the Knowledge Base and updating materials regularly;
  • Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting proposal documents for various business opportunities;
  • Edit and proofread written material, mainly in English, for proposals and related business requests;
  • Regularly update internal follow-up and reporting tools to track progress and deadlines;
  • Use project management tools to support the proposal cycle and ensure all steps are completed on time;
  • Take meeting minutes, follow up on assigned tasks, and ensure information is delivered to relevant stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (subject matter experts, business development, marketing) to gather necessary information and insights;
  • Monitor deadlines and coordinate submission processes to ensure timely delivery;
  • Support the development of templates, checklists, and best practice guides for proposal writing;
  • Participate in feedback sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal processes.

Let’s talk about you. If you...

  • Hold (or are currently pursuing) a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field; (e.g., Business, Communications, Marketing, or similar);
  • Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English at a native level; proficiency in other languages is considered an asset;
  • Have excellent computer skills (MS Office) and are comfortable using digital collaboration tools to support proposal development and submission;
