Description

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Functional Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about technology, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record of successfully managing IT and IT-related projects, we want to hear from you!


What you’ll be doing:

  • Play a role of the line between IT and Business to help bridge the gap and improve efficiency.
  • Assist business users and analyse their needs and expectations to define business requirements and priorities.
  • Analyse and optimize the existing workflows and processes.
  • Lead functional analysis by proposing implementation scenarios and guidelines.
  • Translate the expectations and optimized workflows into documented proposals.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on defined needs, market trends, and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product development and business goals.
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from idea to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and actively manage project timelines.
  • Write functional and detailed specifications.
  • Carry out user acceptance tests.
  • Write user guides of delivered solutions.
  • Analyse data and user feedback to continuously improve product features and user experience.

What are your qualifications:

  • Processes modelling
  • Analysis and design methods (Example : UML, Merise)
  • Good understanding of databases
  • Excellent Oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal and consultative skills
  • Analytical mindset and problem solving
  • Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
  • Organizational & Facilitation skills

What is your background:

  • Master's degree or similar in Information Technology, Business Intelligence or similar
  • Proven experience as a Functional & Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English
  • EU working permit

If you know some of this, even better:

  • IT technical skills (Databases, scripting, reporting tools ...)
  • Knowledge of any other EU languages
