Your role

We’re looking for an IT Initiative Manager to:

• support the IT integration of Credit Suisse into UBS Luxembourg
• support implementation of IT initiatives to modernize our technology platform
• drive effective initiative governance to stay in line with scope, budget, quality and timelines
• supports implementation of IT initiatives across the complete initiative’s life cycle including planning, analysis, development, testing and release deployment
• liaise with initiative stakeholders at different levels, gaining go forward decisions and signoffs

Your team

You’ll be working in the IT Initiative & Service Management team within the IT organization in Luxembourg. We drive the change to modernize the technology platform of UBS in Luxembourg and to run significant initiatives across various departments. Our team plays an important role in ensuring that the development lifecycle methodology is respected and significant IT initiatives will be implemented.

Your expertise

You have:

• experience as an IT project / IT initiative manager within the financial sector
• supported client data migrations and switch-over-management activities for integration projects
• supported the implementation of medium and large-scale technical initiatives and met deliverables
• good knowledge of modern information system technical architecture (cloud, IT infrastructure)
• an academic degree in information technology, engineering or equivalent experience
