On behalf of our client, an international Financial Services structure, we are looking for a:
Financial Manager - fixed term contract until end of February 2027 (m/f)
What You'll Be Doing
In that role, you will support business performance and strategic decision-making across an international environment, working closely with senior leaders to drive growth and operational excellence.
POSTE
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks
- Deliver financial insights, KPIs, and recommendations that support strategic decision-making
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Build financial models, business cases, and profitability analyses to support business growth
- Present financial analyses and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Analyze operational and commercial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Drive process improvements and contribute to finance transformation initiatives
PROFIL
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA) is a plus
- Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering within an international environment
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
- Advanced analytical, financial modelling, and Excel skills
- Experience with reporting and planning tools such as Oracle, Hyperion, SmartView, Power BI, or similar
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, commercially minded, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
