To play a critical role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems.

  • Install, administer, and maintain services, servers and systems in operational condition (Windows, Linux, AD/AAD, MS Exchange Online);
  • Actively participate in the installation, administration, and maintenance of network components ("On premise" + "Azure Cloud");
  • Provide support and incident resolution (Levels 2 and 3);
  • Ensure proper documentation of the information system (diagrams, technical operation manuals, procedures, runbooks.);
  • Key player in projects and drive innovative thinking and solutions;
  • Communicate new concepts, techniques and best practices within the organization with consistent, maintainable, flexible, and cost effective solutions;
  • Collaborate with other engineers to maintain and evolve solutions in the Cloud or On-Premise in a continuous improvement manner;
  • Administrate his technical environment (Backup, LAN, WAN, Network and server hardware);
  • Manage on all administration tasks in his technical environment (migration, deployment, rollout);
  • Ensure proper documentation of the information system (diagrams, technical operation files, procedures, processes, runbooks);
  • Contribute to monitoring and identifying IT department risks and security issues related to its infrastructure;
  • Ensure knowledge transfer for business continuity and within the support team;
  • Ensure ticket follow-up with team and users;
  • Ensure infrastructure availability through periodical on-call duty shifts.


  • University degree in ICT – BAC +3 minimum, minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in the indicated fields;
  • Advanced knowledge in system administration; operating systems: Linux (RedHat, CentOS and Ubuntu) and Windows, knowledge of virtualized environments (VMware);
  • Strong understanding of cloud-oriented and on-premise technical architectures (others like Amazon or Google is appreciated);
  • Practical and concrete knowledge of backup or network level (FortiGate Firewalls, Cisco ASA, F5, CheckPoint, CommVault);
  • Knowledge of switch management is useful and desired such as Alcatel; messaging systems required: Exchange/Exchange Online + general knowledge in antispam and messaging security;
  • Knowledge of cloud-related technologies and containerization (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker), Terraform is considered an asset (DevOps as a plus);
  • Knowledge of scripting languages: Bash, PowerShell, Python (other languages as an asset);
  • Extensive skills in Intune and Autopilot. Concrete experience in Microsoft AD and AAD, Azure monitoring tools;
  • Client, service, corporate and business oriented and strong interpersonal and entrepreneurial skills;
  • Real team player with the ability to propose and convince;
  • Able to work both autonomously and within a dynamic team;
  • Organized and meticulous, proactive, able to challenge the model drawn up;
  • Proficient in written and spoken French, English as an asset.
