The registered office of RIGO Trading S.A. is established in the municipality of Niederanven in the EBBC business complex close to the Findel Airport. The company started up only in 2014 and employs currently more than 80 employees.
One purpose of the company is the acquisition by purchase, registration, and transfer by sale or exchange of intellectual and industrial property rights. RIGO Trading S.A. takes care of the procurement and in particular the purchase of CAPEXs, raw materials, packaging and print materials, for the activities of the companies of its group and the distribution of goods produced on the Luxembourg market and to duty free and retail customers worldwide. The global Travel Retail Management and as well the associated Marketing and Key Account Management have been successfully established in RIGO Trading S.A. during the course of the years 2015 and 2016. Since 2017 the Global Export / Developing Countries Management (for more than 40 countries) and Sales and Marketing activities have been consolidated in Luxembourg as well.

Then be part of our mission and join our international Developing Countries (Export) Product Activation Management team in spreading happiness around the globe. We are looking to recruit a Specialist Product Activation Management initially temporary (CDD) for 12 months, with the prospect of a permanent position (CDI), starting as soon as possible.
Main responsibilities:
- Development and handling of the international portfolio
- Development of primary and secondary packaging considering the legal requirements
- Ensuring the in-time availability of the products in work together with the sales and intercompany departments
- Get overview in alignment with intercompany departments of new product ideas for Marketing and Sales
Required profile:
- Degree in economics and 1-2 years international professional experience ideally in the branded goods industry / FMCG sector
- First experience in an international function, ideally with work experience abroad (studies abroad are considered as well as an advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Predisposition to work independently and as well as a team player, willing to develop in a coordination position dealing with interdisciplinary teams
- Result oriented
- Pragmatism
- Start-up-approach
- Ability to handle numerous work streams in parallel → Intercultural competence, adherence to respect for and appreciation of colleagues with different cultural background and from various hierarchy levels
- Flexible, pro-active, structured and quality-oriented
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (in particular Excel and Power Point), SAP is considered as an advantage
- Languages: English business fluent and good knowledge of one further foreign language (German is a great advantage)
