The registered office of RIGO Trading S.A. is established in the municipality of Niederanven in
the Moonar business complex close to the Findel Airport. The company started up only in 2014
and employs currently more than 90 employees.
One purpose of the company is the acquisition by purchase, registration, and transfer by sale
or exchange of intellectual and industrial property rights. RIGO Trading S.A. takes care of the
procurement and in particular the purchase of CAPEXs, raw materials, packaging and print
materials, for the activities of the companies of its group and the distribution of goods produced
on the Luxembourg market and to duty free and retail customers worldwide. The global Travel
Retail Management and as well the associated Marketing and Key Account Management have
been successfully established in RIGO Trading S.A. during the course of the years 2015 and
2016. Since 2017 the Global Export / Developing Countries business (for more than 40 countries) and Sales and Marketing activities have been consolidated in Luxembourg as well.

Manager Trade Marketing – Developing Countries (f/m/d)
Fixed-term 1,5 years (CDD)

Key Responsibilities
- Trade Marketing Planning & Execution – Support trade plans, shopper activations, and
- in-store visibility; track calendars and evaluate ROI.
- POSM Management – Oversee POSM lifecycle: forecasting, supplier coordination, production, delivery, and inventory tracking.
- Operational & Administrative Excellence – Handle POs, invoices, cost monitoring, compliance, and accurate reporting.
- Country and Distributor Coordination – Act as main contact for distributors; ensure brand
- guidelines, collect feedback, and support annual plans.
- Insights, Analytics & Reporting – Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, build dashboards (Excel/Power BI), and identify growth opportunities.
- Internal Collaboration – Align with Marketing and Sales; adapt assets, support launches,
- and assist in special projects
Required Skills
- Completed university degree in business, economics with a focus on Marketing, Sales
- or similar field of study
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, Supply Chain,
- Project Management, or Retail Execution
- Solid understanding of POSM production processes, supplier coordination, and logistics
- workflows
- Strong project management skills, multi-country projects & tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analysis)
- Flexible, proactive, structured and quality-driven combined with a high level of ownership, autonomy, and accountability
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Intercultural competence, respecting and appreciating colleagues from different cultural
- backgrounds and hierarchical levels
- Languages: Fluency in English and good knowledge of another foreign language (German is a strong advantage)
