The Context
Digital innovation is at the very core of our client's strategy.
To drive audience growth, boost engagement, and maximize brand visibility, they rely on a robust data-driven and AI-integrated approach. In this newly redefined environment, you will be the ultimate digital growth architect, taking ownership of paid media, SEO, analytics, and marketing technology.

Your Role & Responsibilities
Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will spearhead digital performance and ensure the brand remains ahead of the curve.
- Performance Marketing: Design, implement, and optimize the digital acquisition strategy across Google, Meta, and emerging platforms. You will manage budgets, define KPIs, and challenge external agencies to guarantee the best possible ROI.
- SEO & Organic Growth: Drive the global SEO roadmap. From technical improvements and keyword strategies to content optimization and local discovery (Google Business Profile), you will maximize organic visibility.
- Data & Analytics: Act as the master of the analytics ecosystem. You will leverage GA4, tracking tools, and visualization dashboards to deliver actionable insights and foster a data-driven mindset across the company.
- AI Integration & Innovation: Be the internal pioneer for Artificial Intelligence. You will identify and deploy AI-powered tools to enhance marketing efficiency, while training your colleagues on how to leverage these new technologies effectively.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the go-to digital expert, collaborating daily with CRM, Content, and Social Media teams to build a cohesive and highly engaging digital lifecycle for visitors.

Your Profile
- Education & Experience: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or Data, backed by at least 4 years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing and analytics.
- Technical Stack: You have proven expertise managing paid media budgets and campaigns. You are highly proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Tooling: Familiarity with CRM ecosystems (such as HubSpot, Brevo, or Mailchimp) and reporting tools (Looker Studio, Power BI).
- AI-Savvy: You have practical experience using AI tools in a marketing context (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Jasper, etc.) and naturally stay on top of tech trends.
- Soft Skills: You are highly analytical, autonomous, and solutions-oriented. You possess strong stakeholder management skills and a deeply collaborative mindset.
- Languages: You are completely fluent in English and French (both written and spoken). A good command of German is a strong asset.
