Present in more than 70 countries, we are looking for a passionate, organized, and creative Event Marketing & Communications Intern to join our international marketing team.

Your Missions

As an Event Marketing & Communications Intern, you will support the planning, coordination, execution, and promotion of MD Skin Solutions' international events, congresses, webinars, podcasts, and educational activities. You will also play a key role in creating engaging content before, during, and after each event to maximize visibility and audience engagement.

Your responsibilities may include:

Event Planning & Coordination

• Support the planning and organization of international congresses, exhibitions, workshops, webinars, podcasts, product launches, and customer events.
• Coordinate event logistics with internal teams, suppliers, speakers, agencies, and external partners.
• Assist in preparing event timelines, checklists, invitations, registrations, and marketing materials.
• Help coordinate on-site event activities before, during, and after events.
• Ensure smooth execution of webinars and podcast recordings by supporting scheduling, speaker coordination, and event logistics.

Event Communication & Social Media

• Create and schedule social media content to promote upcoming events across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Cover live events through stories, photos, videos, and real-time social media updates.
• Develop post-event communication including highlights, recap videos, testimonials, and key takeaways.
• Write engaging captions, newsletters, website content, and email invitations related to events and educational activities.
• Help maintain the editorial calendar for all event-related communications.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Prepare post-event reports including attendance, engagement, social media performance, lead generation, and key performance indicators.
• Monitor event communication performance and recommend improvements.
• Conduct competitor and market research on industry events and best practices.

Marketing Support

• Assist in creating visual marketing materials using Canva and AI creative tools.
• Support the production of brochures, banners, presentations, promotional materials, and event assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on communication campaigns that enhance brand visibility before and after events.

Profile

• Master's degree student in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Internship agreement ("Convention de stage") mandatory.
• Available starting from July.
• Perfect proficiency in both English and French is mandatory.
• Strong interest in event management, medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury, or skincare industries.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital communication.
• Comfortable creating content with Canva and AI creative tools.
• Interest in photography, video editing, and live event coverage is a plus.
• Skills in Adobe Creative Suite are considered an asset.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating with different stakeholders.
