Responsibilities
- Definition of the transportation plan short term by carrier & destination
- Sharing and monitoring the plan with the carrier and the production plan
- Maintain the transportation booking overview
- Update transportation relevant information in Production and shipping master tracker
- Support Carriers and source/destination on booking slot for loading and offloading
- Pivot in troubleshooting for carries and production plant
- Perform checks on deliveries and shipment consistency and correct or request/perform correction if needed
- Troubleshoot and support on the invoicing of transport
Profile
- 1-2 years experience in transportation back office activities
- Fluent in English spoken and written
- Excel proficiency
- Microsoft Office suite good knowledge
- SAP Knowledge is a plus
