Marketing & Communications Officer (M/F/X)

Your missions:

• Draft and produce marketing content (presentations, pitch decks, communication materials, taglines) for awareness and fundraising purposes
  
• Support the planning and execution of events, from creative concept to final delivery and performance measurement
  
• Contribute to the implementation of thematic projects and campaigns, including market research and internal analysis
  
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers
  
• Assist in the preparation of procurement documentation related to externally sourced goods and services
  
• Work transversally across various topics within the Marketing Division
  

Your profile:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within marketing, communications, or project management
  
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; any additional EU language is an asset
  
• Strong organisational and project management skills
  
• Very good command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  
• Experience with event or project management tools (such as Swoogo, Cvent, Monday.com) is a plus
  
• Team player with strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
