Export Control & Compliance Assistant (M/F/X)

Manpower Luxembourg is recruiting for one of its clients, an international company operating in the industrial sector, an Export Control & Compliance Assistant (M/F/X) for a 6-month temporary assignment.

Your responsibilities :

• Support customer and business partner screening activities.


• Review and verify documentation required for export control assessments.


• Liaise with European entities to collect, consolidate and validate compliance-related information.


• Assist in due diligence and compliance review processes.


• Maintain and update databases, records and compliance files.


• Support the preparation and improvement of export control documentation and internal procedures.


• Monitor regulatory developments related to export controls and international sanctions.


• Prepare summaries, reports and compliance-related documentation.


• Contribute to KPI monitoring, reporting activities and data analysis.


• Support awareness initiatives and internal compliance training activities.


• Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Export Control department.

Your profile :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Political Science, International Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Compliance, or a related field.


• Previous experience in administration, compliance, legal support, international trade or a similar environment is considered an asset.


• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


• Well-organized, proactive and able to manage several tasks simultaneously.


• Strong communication skills and ability to work with international stakeholders.


• Fluent English is mandatory.


• Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.

• 6-month temporary assignment through Manpower Luxembourg.
