Our client, a Investment bank based in Kirchberg is looking for its future Operational Assistant within their Human Ressources Service.
This will be a temporary contract of 2 months. Please note that this assignment may be extended, in accordance with Luxembourgish law, for a maximum duration of 1 year.

Your Responsabilties:
- Maintain and update records related to HR data processing activities
- Prepare and revise related documentation as required
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely review and feedback
- Track updates and ensure changes are correctly reflected in internal systems
- Keep registers and databases accurate, up to date, and well-organised
- File and manage documentation in line with internal procedures
- Register and track personal data breach cases in dedicated systems
- Monitor follow-up actions and ensure timely progress updates
- Send reminders to responsible stakeholders when actions are pending
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper filing of all cases
- Record and manage data subject requests in line with deadlines
- Follow up to ensure responses are provided within legal time limits
- Keep registers updated with the latest status information
- Provide administrative support for data protection consultations as needed
- Ensure high standards of data quality across all records and systems
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times when handling information
Your Profile:
- Secondary education, ideally complemented by a qualification in administration, business, legal studies, accounting, or a related field
- Alternatively, equivalent professional experience in a similar administrative environment
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, legal, compliance, or administrative roles involving confidential information
- Strong understanding of confidentiality requirements and ability to handle sensitive data responsibly
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in standard office tools, including document management systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent command of English and French
- Knowledge of other European Union languages is an advantage, including but not limited to: German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Greek, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Slovenian, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Irish, Maltese

Package :
- Gross hourly: €22.16
- Leave: 26 days of annual leave + up to 17 public holidays
