We are currently looking for an Logistics Support Operator for a temporary contract.

Key Responsibilities
As a Logistics Support Operator, you will be responsible for a wide range of hands-on and coordination tasks, including:
- Managing IT equipment storage areas and maintaining organized warehouse conditions
- Preparing, packing, receiving, and handling IT hardware and peripherals
- Performing asset tracking and inventory management with accurate administrative follow-up
- Monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventories, and managing physical assets
- Registering, tracking, and coordinating equipment movements between sites, warehouses, and IT hubs
- Executing IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change, Remove), including equipment dismantling
- Performing functional testing and quality checks on incoming hardware and installed equipment
- Supporting IT service processes such as:
- CMDB updates
- Service ticket handling (e.g. ServiceNow or similar tools)
- Tracking requests, orders, and equipment provisioning for IT spaces and hubs
Profile & Skills
To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate:
- Basic understanding of logistics processes related to goods and services
- Good knowledge of IT hardware and end-user equipment
- Solid working experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to quickly learn procedures and follow structured operational processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage priorities
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Valid Category B driving license
