We are currently looking for an IT Call Center Operator for a temporary contract.

Your responsabilties :
- Supporting users with hardware and software issues
- Troubleshooting problems and finding solutions within agreed response times
- Logging and following up incidents in the ticketing system
- Managing support requests from start to resolution
- Assisting with computer installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Coordinating with internal IT teams when escalation is needed
- Keeping technical documentation up to date
Your profile :
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support (including internships or traineeships)
- Good knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or macOS
- Comfortable use of Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with remote working tools like Teams, Zoom, VPN, or similar platforms
- Experience with ticketing systems or incident management tools
- Good communication skills in English and French (minimum B2 level)
- A customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a multicultural environment and under pressure
