 Export Coordinator (m/f/d) – 6 months fixed term contract

Hollerich - Luxembourg

As an Export Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between Landewyck Luxembourg and external partners across multiple countries. Your main responsibilities will include:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the main point of contact between the Luxembourg site and the team members located abroad
• Coordinate and ensure the flow of information between the different countries (orders, documentation, timelines, issues) and the central office in Luxembourg
• Initiate and support the launch of new products in international markets
• Ensure strict respect and implementation of internal export and supply chain processes
• Manage export-related activities in SAP, in close collaboration with internal teams
• Prepare, control and validate export invoices, ensuring accuracy, compliance and completeness
• Perform all necessary invoices and documentation checks before processing
• Ensure close follow-up on pending actions, proactively chasing stakeholders when needed
• Monitor data and reporting using Excel (pivot tables, percentages, tracking indicators)
• Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency
• Ensure a high level of organization, reliability and follow-up in a fast-paced and international environment

YOUR PROFILE:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in an export, logistics, supply chain or coordination role
• Good command of SAP (user level – daily operational usage)
• Good level in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, percentage calculations)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong follow-up skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders in an international context
• Fluent English is mandatory. French or any other international language will be considered a strong advantage
