Job Description

We’re looking for an Event Marketing Intern to join our team!

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, motivated, and organized individual to gain hands-on experience in event marketing while working with a dynamic team.

What you will be working on

🎉 Event Organization & Promotion

• Support the events team in organizing, promoting, and executing in-person, virtual, and hybrid events (e.g., webinars).
• Assist with preparing email invitations and event communication.
• Research and source promotional items for events.
• Manage branding assets and update the events calendar.
• Welcome guests and provide on-site support during events.

📢 Marketing & Administrative Support

• Assist in various marketing and administrative activities.
• Provide general support to the Sales & Markets team when needed.
• Help with social media tools and digital applications to enhance marketing efforts.

What we look for

✅ You’re a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Marketing, Communication, Events, Customer Experience, Business, or a related field.

✅ You’re highly organized and detail-oriented.

✅ You have strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

✅ You’re client-focused and have great communication skills.

✅ You have a good understanding of social media tools and digital marketing.

✅ You’re a fast learner and adaptable to new digital applications.

✅ You’re fluent in English (French/German is a plus!).

✅ You’re positive, proactive, and a great team player.

✅ You thrive in a multicultural environment.

✅ You’re looking for a mandatory internship of at least 5 months.
